Social engineering has always had a place in infosec/ computer security concerns, but does it have a place in your office?
Social engineering and education techniques may look like the same thing from afar. They are not. This talk is about what from social engineering can be useful for teaching your colleagues better security practices, which parts can backfire, and how actual educational and behavior change theory provides much better alternatives.
