Meine Lernkurve war lang und steil (und sie war der Hauptgrund daf\u00fcr, dass ich mich f\u00fcr weitere 4 Jahre als Netzpolitikerin der Linksfraktion im Bundestag entschieden habe, einmal von Tag 1 effizient losarbeiten k\u00f6nnen, ist einfach gro\u00dfartig). \r\nKaum hatte ich mich eingearbeitet (ja, das dauerte 2 Jahre!), mich auch an alle m\u00f6glichen ziemlich analogen Prozesse gew\u00f6hnt, kam die Pandemie und wieder war alles anders. Auch im Bundestag folgte eine Digitalisierung mit der Brechstange, Aussch\u00fcsse und Fraktionen tagten virtuell (nein, nat\u00fcrlich nicht alle!) und auf einmal musste ich viel seltener erkl\u00e4ren, warum Digitalisierung wichtig ist. \r\n\r\nDie GroKo blieb trotzdem ein digitalpolitischer Alptraum, so transparent und partizipativ wie ein Stein, oder wie die AG Kritis einst treffend formulierte, sie zeigte der Demokratie den Stinkefinger zB mit Beteiligungsprozessen, die diesen Namen nicht verdienen. Ich werde erz\u00e4hlen, wie man als Oppositionspolitikerin dennoch politisch wirksam werden kann, wie ich Open Data in der IuK Kommission des Bundestages stark machte, das Thema Digitale Gewalt gegen Frauen und M\u00e4dchen auf allen parlamentarischen Wegen verfolgte, immer wieder die Inkompetenz (oder Unwilligkeit?) der Bundesregierung mit diversen Anfragen offenbarte \u2013 zum Beispiel beim Thema Nachhaltigkeit der Digitalisierung, Stellenwert der IT-Sicherheit in den eigenen Beh\u00f6rden, bei der Aufdeckung von Fake-Fortschritten beim eGovernment (OZG) oder bei Seehofers Bogus-Strategie zu Ransomware Attacken. \r\n\r\nVier Jahre Bundestag, das waren f\u00fcr mich 42 Reden, 137 schriftliche Fragen, und jede Menge Antr\u00e4ge, wenig Schlaf, viel Herzblut und unz\u00e4hlige WTF Momente. Die Themenbandbreite war enorm, es ging um Uploadfilter und \u00dcberwachungskameras, Corona Warn App und Luca App, digitale Bildung und NetzDG, Glasfaser und energieeffiziente Rechenzentren, um das Recht auf Reparatur und Mindestupdatepflichten, Sicherheitsl\u00fccken und Hackbacks, um K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz und Datenstrategien, digitale Verwaltung, Public Money = Public Code und noch viel, viel mehr.
