We're happy that you want to contribute something to QTCat to make this event even better. You can submit the following.
a talk:

• around 25 minutes + 5 minutes of questions
• try to keep it accessible for a general category theory audience
• can be recorded/live streamed

a mini-workshop:

• mini workshops are activities of roughly 30 minutes to 2 hours and potentially open ended that you lead for anywhere from 3-12 other people. Topics can be as varied as cross stitching, photography, various sports, discussions about queerness in academia. The sky is the limit.

You can also submit a talk and a mini-workshop or even multiple mini-workshops if you're so inclined.
