We're creating a network of maker networks – very meta indeed. Through this we want to leverage the potential of open hardware for digital innovation, skill building and job creation.
The participating networks all support spaces and makers in Africa and Europe, through them we want to promote Open Hardware and the Internet of Production.
mAkE is a trans-disciplinary approach to connect European and African Digital Innovation Hubs, EU funded through the Horizon 2020 programme.
