Contact Improvisation (CI) is a social dance that arises from the encounter and touch of bodies in the here and now. This spontaneity is exciting, but challenging: how do I find my "yes" in the physical interaction? How can I follow the flow and maintain my boundaries? CI becomes a playful training ground for embodied consent (mutual agreement) – and therefore also relevant beyond the dance floor.
